I'm not sure why you haven't already found thousands of tutorials and forums
for what you need. A simple search will often find you exactly the tutorial you
want.

I don't know what exactly you're looking for, but some of the best Flash
tutorial sites are senocular.com and kirupa.com If you have specific questions
about Flash ActionScript, then join actionscript.org That is NOT the place to
go and ask general questions like "someone please program this for me". It is
not a place for complete programming newbies to go ask questions like "How do I
make the movie stop?" But for someone like you, if you have specific questions
about scripting, including the differences between java and AS2, or if you're
encountering some difficulties with debugging something, then you will find
lots of very advanced people who are more than eager to help.

There are also a few key books you may want to get (some are to be had from
the local library). Colin Moock's Action Scripting books are made to order for
someone like you with java experience. Another one is Actionscript Animation by
Keith Peters, which is mainly about using maths in Flash ActionScript, and
leads into 3D programming.

Walter... thank you very much for your support
Yes I found plenty of them on google but I thought better to ask for the best ones than trying one by one.
