I really like the transitions at the beginning of this Flash ad. They are
subtle but not jumpy.

I've tried changing alphas of my first frame: 0, 50, 90. I tried changing the
number of frames from first alpha to last: 10, 5, 3.
I've tried changin the fps. but i still can't get this effect. I keep seeing
the alpha change which you don't see here.

This seems so simple. what is their secret?http://www.aigadvisorgroup.com/

Watch closely - it seem simple: a quick alpha change in the top image from
0-100...
It is not a fade in the top image from 100-0 to reveal the image below it.

thank you for replyng but that's not it.

i started with that and you always see the change from nothing to something.
But on this site you never see that.

That's why i tried 0 to 100 over 10 frames, over 5 frames, over 3 frames. you
still see the change from nothing to something. The only time it worked was
when i changed the fps to 36, but i don't want to do the entire movie in 36fps.

but, really, thank you for your reply.

Sothink makes a program called Flash Decompilier. It's for people that lost
their FLA files and want to recreate them from only a SWF file.

It works great.
