flash (macromedia): I load text from either an xml or txt file

Within that txt there is an '<a href'' link somewhere

In flash (or the generated swf) the text after the link 'jumps' when I roll
over the link - when I say 'jumps' I mean it seems to shift back or forward a
couple of spaces

Can this be prevented??
