Can You View This Site Properly??? -- flash (macromedia)

Anyone and everyone available, I would really appreciate it if you could take a
look at the following link. Some people can view it just fine while others can
only see text and no background images. Those who could not view everything
properly (meaning they could only see text) were able to see a couple of pages
just fine but then they couldn't see others. When they went back to pages they
could view properly in the begininng - they were no longer able to. Each page
has a box of text on the left and an image on the right.

I thought the problem was that not everyone had Flash Player but I'm not
certain any more. If you have any idea what's going on, please let me know.
