This is my first time using Flash, and I can't tell if it was ever designed to
do this. I need to export several animation clips out into a format supported
by Adobe Premier (probably .MOV or .AVI i guess...) When I attempt to export
to quicktime MOV it says that I must change the publishing settings to Flash
5.0 or earlier (which I did) but something happens with the timing; the
different movie clip symbols do not come in at the correct time as they do when
I simply click Control-->Test Movie. And worse, when I try exporting to AVI,
the nested clips do not work at all! It seems that I can easily turn this into
a SWF file and have it embedded into an HTML file, but I can't get this to work
to eventually get it into Premier. PLEASE, any suggestions/fixes/magic potions
would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi Alex
There is many DO and DON'Ts that you need to know about when comes to video exporting.
The files has to be design with that in mind from very beginning.
