need help with motion tween and URL goto

Newbie here... learning Flash and have a specific project to complete. Help
and suggestions greatly appreciated.

Project: 25 biz logos to fade in and out (alpha) where viewers can mouse click
over logo and visit their website (gotoURL). Hope that makes sense. This is for
a school district parent ogranization that has paid adverisers on thier
website.

Currently, i have an animated gif created in ImageReady. It works well but now
the PTA wants to ad the feature for clicking on the logo to send the viewer to
a URL (each individual logo - not one URL for the gif).

So... i thought Flash could create this. Yes? No?

Probably the best way to go would be to import your artwork into flash and
then make a series of invisible buttons, one for each logo... If you dont
know what I mean by invisible buttons, check out:

For starters do the buttons lesson within flash, those lessons can be real
helpful.
