flash (macromedia) : help with flash player

Make sure you are an administrator on your computer.

If you're on a Windows machine and you don't have administrative
access, the Adobe Flash Player says "Success, Flash 9.blah.blah
installed", when in fact it never really installs.

I've been trying to fix this problem for it seems like months, my flash player
doesnt work. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and reading through
all of the FAQ stuff. Does anyone have any idea how to fix it?
