Hi,
Flash does not have a default save path like MS word or 3Ds Max. But after
downloading Flash, it saves files into the path you mentioned (As I remember, I
have to reinstall Flash to know). When you change it by saving in another
location, Flash will keep the last save location. I mean if you open Flash
again and try to save a file, the Save dailog box will open to the last saved
location.

hope this helps

Try searching the drive for *.fla or *.swf to find your lost file.
Start->Search for Windows XP.

Also you might still find the file in File->Open Recent. If the file is
still there, open it, then do File->SaveAs to see where the folder is the
file is saved.
