Best if you have some photo/image editing program like photoshop or photopaint.
Than you open the website you talk about, hit the Print Screen button (PrtSc)
and open one of these program said above, make new file (usually CTRL N) and
paste the screen CTRL V you just took using the button on the keyboard .
It should automatically dump the screen and you should be able to save it as
a file. When comes to screen shots, preferred will be GIF file type.
If you can walk me through it, that would be appreciated. I can tell

it could be Kim that you have some program that blocks flash. There are many
anti ad ware and spy ware programs that can do it. It could also be that there is
some conflict preventing you from downloading it, something really hard to
troubleshoot across the Internet :)
I tell you what. First go to this website:
http://www.adobe.com/licensing/distribution/ This is a place where you can get Plug in and Player for off line distribution.
For instance you want to install on client's computer and he has no Internet
access. You apply for "License Flash Player only ›"license and you will get approve
right away. It's an instant process. The benfit of it is that you get links to
download installers right to your desktop. So you can get the flash 8 (not 9) for
both IE and FireFox than install it w/o the browser, directly from desktop.
Flash player 8 is preferred over 9, the 9 has many problems and personaly
dare not to use it yet till Adobe fix it properly.
let me know how it goes.
