I installed Adobe Flash Player 9 and when I browse to a site with flash it says
I need to download, so i install again and i get the successfully completed
message but still unable to view the flash. I checked my firewall and it isn't
blocked. Not sure if there is a setting in Internet Explorer that I can check.
Any help would be appreciated.

Is it just ANY Flash site that this happens on? For instance, visit Adobe's
home page. therre's a Flash movie at the top. Does it happen there?

Sometimes, with older scripts, the detection script is checking for a
particular version (e.g. 8) and when you have a newer version, the script
thinks you don't have the correct player and prompts you to download even
though you know you have a more current version.
