I'm trying to test my large flash game on a slow internet connection, but I
don't have a land line anymore. Does anyone know of an application that will
slow my network/internet connection down so I can test download time and
performance?

Yes, thanks, that works except for external files loading. I have external flv files and mp3 files and need to test their downloading performance.
