flash (macromedia): Hello

I recently purchase Adobe Production CS3 (PC) and trying to put Flash
animation projects onto DVDs but the video quality is not up to par.

I was wondering if anybody has run into this problem, or has any tips or
advice on getting the video quality on DVD.

Thank for that, but thats not what I'm looking for.

I just want to know the best way to create the best quality video, so I can
put it on a DVD.
In other words, do I export the flash into a video format(mov, avi & etc.)?
Or do I download a third party program to convert the swf?
