flash (macromedia):
I've built a tool to visually assort and merchandise various products and would
like to be able to save these assortments when I'm happy with them. I do not
need them to be functional .swf files or anything, .jpegs or .pdfs would be
fine. Right now I'm handling this through a print function and printing to PDF,
but not everybody has a full version of Acrobat installed on their machine. Is
there a way for my to place a button that would either take a screen grab or
save whatever is viewable to the users hard drive? This will not be hosted as
it is a standalone projector that has been distributed on a CD.

Thank you for any help you can give.

Thanks for getting back so quickly.

I checked into the fscommand functions and didn't see any that would work?
I've used this for "fullscreen" and "allowscale" before but I didn't see
anything that would allow me to save a screen? I tried "showmenu" but there
wasn't any option for a screen grab... Sorry to be dense, but could you please
elaborate a little.

Thanks
