You can also use the gradient Transform Tool (located in your Toolbox) to edit the fill after it has
been applied - it has more editing features than just dragging the bucket.

Two ways Rich:
1) select the gradient tool from the toolbar and select the object, when you
hover the mouse over the 'circle' at the corner, you can click and drag to
rotate the graient direction, rotate it 180.
2) select the object with the gradient, open the 'color panel' and select one
of the color sliders, change the color to the opposite of what it is, then
change the other color to what the other was. (does that make any sense, lol ;)
