flash (macromedia): I already animated a project but I have half of the characters out on the gray. Can I shrink the entire character to the size I want it to be without doing the same frame by frame?

Thanks.

Underneath the timeline you will see a bar. On this bar you will see some icons
and the frame rate of your Flash file. Hover your mouse over the icons until
you see the icon that says "edit multiple frames". You can also search for more
information about how to edit multiple frames in Flash by doing a search
online. Without going into too much detail because I don't know the specifics
of your issue), that will let you resize multiple frames.
