Hi All,

I have a problem with my flash movie displaying outside of the us and the uk.
I have checked with people in Latin American countries - and the movie doesn't
display. I have also heard that the movie will not display in the netherlands.
But I know that it works fine in the US and UK.

The movie can be seen at http://www.maclaren.co.uk

Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.

Regards,
Peter

Thank you for your response - but this still doesn't explain why people in
Peru, Mexico and the Netherlands cannot see the movie. I have confirmed with
these people that they have the latest flash plugin. The movie i have created
is in flash 7. The movie dynamically pulls in an external xml file.

They say that they see only a white screen.

Any idea?

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Regard,
Peter

Hi Peter
People from South East Asia here and it works for us just fine.
Movies are not country dependent so it has nothing to do with the place the users
is viewing it from. Unless you in China and website is on the "NOT ALLOWED" list.
It has to do strictly with the browser plug in / player. Make sure the people have
the required version.
