flash (macromedia): I have a project for work where I have to create an online educational video
catalogue.

The videos are uploaded to the server. What I want to do is transform the
videos from various formats into flv (flash video format) similar to the way
youtube does it.

Does anyone have any idea of how to do this and if there are any free tools to
transform the video to flv format before, during or after upload. (during or
after upload would be best)?
