the keyframes where the slider is. How can I resize EVERYTHING in one move.

also, is there a numeric resize, like "Image Size" in PS.

next to FPS indicator under your timeline is a little button,
EDIT MULTIPLE FRAMES. Press it in, stretch the brackets above
timeline to define the range of frames, than scale it.

CTRL I, you can enter value in pixels, CTRL T, value in %
