flash (macromedia): Hello

I found this link
http://http://flash-creations.com/notes/control_preloader.php that explains how
to make a preloader.

In the section "Making the 100-frame preloader movieclip" in the "4th point"
Use the Ink Bottle tool to create outlines around the letters.
Shift-double-click all the outlines, cmd-x to cut them from the layer they're
in, create a new layer called loading outline, and cmd-shift-v to paste them
into the new layer.

O___o what does "cmd-x" mean ??

Thanks

You know what cmd-shift-v means, but don't know what cmd-x means? Really? Is
this a joke?

Anyways, that means press the command key and x key or if you are on a Mac it
is the apple key and x. This is the universal keyboard shortcut for cut ? it
works in almost every single computer application written for the Mac or
Windows since they began. It works the same as selecting "cut" from the edit
menu.

board :) anyway since you said it work as the "cut" from the edit menu i shall
use that.

Thank you very much.
