flash (macromedia): SC south paw,

If you want the logo itself to fade to black select it near the end of
its animation and add a new keyframe. Go a few frames further down the
timeline and add one more keyframe (the last one). Selec the logo at this
last keyframe and choose Tint from the Color listbox in the Property
inspector. Use the color chip to select a Black tint and set it to 100%.
Motion tween the span of frames between these last two keyframes.

If you want the background to fade to black as well, you'll have to
create a new symbol to tween to black in the same way. Just put that new
symbol (a rectangle) in a layer below the logo and make sure it fits the
width and height of the Stage. Alternatively, you could use a shape
rectangle and shape tween its fill from whatever color to black.
