You have to understand the flash player and that it renders on the fly - it is not like fixed-frame
pre-rendered video format. if you use filtered effects, and blend modes and multiple effects
happening at same time, a high frame rate and large graphics, gradients, etc...then you can easily
experience playback issues. The frame rate in flash is more like a limiter - flash will always try
and maintain the frame rate you choose, but if your movie is to "heavy" then it may be forced to
drop frames or chug.
