flash (macromedia): The animation I am currently working on is at a rate of 30 fps and when I test
the movie and export it out to test it my animation becomes jumpy and doesn't
run at the specified frames per second. I would like to know what can be done
to improve/ fix this situation.

does your animation contain moving images or a lot of audio? if so, this might
be slowing down your flash player. you might want to look at the export
settings for the quality of your images and audio. you might also consider
loading images/audio externally.
