I'm in charge of a small webunit, mainly producing banners. In our case,
banners are often shipped of to 3rd parts, and you have no control over who
will end up displaying the and infact how..
Same time, we have different7freelance developers creating theese banners, and
maintaining standards can be hard when its complicated, and relative to host,
and methods of hosting etc etc etc.. hence the nature of following
questions/requests, which i think is pretty basic stuff.
*(note: when i say "trace", i mean "How do you dynamically obtain the value of
xxxxxx")
* also, i mean with no use of 3rd part , as javascript and whatnot, flash
native features only.
1. How to you "trace" Stage.align (and other doc properties)
2. How to you "trace" the "original" size of the SWF. ( same goes for FPS ,
and/or even background color)
3. How do you "trace" Flash and AS version export settings (not the player
version) (i know u can use not valid script to hack your way to a result..but,
honestly thats stupid).
Ive got a lot fo ideas of things would suit flash for production.. minded for
developers/artist of all kind.. ideas like automated (internal) versioning,
hardcoded author name (setting in flash UI).., be able create basic fla's from
command line (set size, fps, make a sprite, include/import whats needed), so its
ready for the (noob)developer...
the libriary also..there are settings under each bitmap/sounds wich could be
put out in the dropdown menu, so u can change theese properties for multiple
files (compression / allow smoothing / )..+ alot more :P
