flash (macromedia): Want to put video on web for the first time. Need to convert .wmv to flash. Will Flash do the conversion or what else to use?
Don't have Flash yet, should I wait for Flash 9??

Hi,
You can not convert .wmv to Flash, but you can convert it into Flash video FLV
using the the Flash video encoder that comes with flash 8. You can also import
your video into Flash using the Video Import wizard, this will prduce FLV file
too.
Although, the Flash video import may not support all the video formats, but
you still can convert your video using any video converter.
