flash (macromedia) : Path to Commands folder on Mac? (CS3)

On the PC the path is:

C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe\Flash CS3\en\Configuration\Commands

Can anyone with a Mac and Flash CS3 tell me what the path is on their machine? Greatly appreciated
for your time.

Disregard - i took my own advice and found it in flash help (Doh!).
