I have my home swf file on a level 50 and i hav a btn that when press it calls
in a movie to level 60 so it plays on top of the home swf(hears when the
problem starts) when i chose a different swf file which is again set to level
50 the movie set to level 60 will no unload and plays on the new swf file which
i do not want.

Movies do not unload themselves. The only way to get rid of it is to use the
Unload action:

unloadMovieNum(60);

or to load another movie in the level 60. Single Level can only hold one movie,
any other loaded in same level will replace whatever content you had there previously.
