flash (macromedia) : is it possible to do 3D rotation?

Adobe Director does 3D rotation and can integrate Flash files.

no - flash is strictly a 2D environment - you must do the 360 in another program and import it into
flash as an image sequence.

Personally though, I use 3rd party tools for the job. The eRain
Swift3D Xpress plugin still works great!
