Actually the image is moving, but when I'm tracing for example the x position

I enable scale 9 and it works when I scale the clip but as soon as it is
rotated to anything except 0 degrees
then it doesn't work anymore.
Maybe I'm wrong but I'm sure that its supposed to work.
