I have a flash file for the logo area to animate the text. I see it
fine on one machince in IE7 and Firefox 2

But on an older laptop I have I can't see it in Firefox. It does play
on that machine in IE6.

Both are XP Pro windows OS although the Laptop is 6 yrs old and real
sluggish.

I had another person tell me that they couldn't see the logo animation
either, although I am not sure what OS and browser they are using.

Any thoughts on how to diagnose the problem here?

Thanks

I don't recognize the embed method your using(I looked at your HTML source),
but it might be faulty. I generally find SWFObject to be the most reliable,
maybe give that a shot:

Several examples are provided here:

If it's not working for you, you probably have the latest plugin
installed. Right click on some flash. It should say "About Adobe Flash
Player 9..." at the bottom of the right-click menu.

It's usually an automated process of detecting what version of the
plugin the visitor has installed, and if it's not the latest, taking
them to Adobe to get the latest plugin.
