What specifically are you asking about? How to do this step by step? It would be a simple Motion
Tween and you can use the Properties panel to tell it to rotate CW or CCW any number of times during
the tween.

Hi, thanks for viewing. I want to create an effect of a washing machine with a
window (mask) and have a revolving image underneath. The image inderneath would
be a jpg of a gradient mesh made in illustrator and would give a psychadelic
effect. in otherwords a clourful mesh 3 times the size of the mask object that
would rotate behind the mask. The mask shape is not circular so can't revolve
it.
