flash (macromedia):
Hey there
I just got a new laptop with Windows Vista
installed my Flash MX 2004 and whenever I try to import an audio file (mp3 or
wav)
Flash crashes.

I'm able to open old files and the audio on them works fine.
PLEASE HELP!!!

Thanks!

Flash MX 2004 isn't supported on Windows Vista. You might have better luck
downloading Virtual PC 2007 (free) and making a Windows XP image, then loading
Flash MX 2004 onto that XP image instead of Vista. Of course you will need a
copy of Windows XP.

Adobe Windows Vista Support document:
http://www.adobe.com/support/products/pdfs/adobe_products_and_windows_vista.pdf

Virtual PC 2007:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/winfamily/virtualpc/default.mspx

Flash CS3 is supported under Vista if your looking to upgrade.
