Playing FLV from CD-ROM

When running long a FLV from CD-ROM the seek times are terrible. Sometimes taking a full 3-4 minutes to seek near the end of a 160x120 - 30 minute movie for example. And that is on a 3ghz machine. How can this be reduced to approx. 3-5 seconds? This is what our customers expect from vide...more >>

I've been looking for a solution now for quite a while. In firefox everything works ok. In IE he doesn't center vertically. I use the latest update of flash 8 with ActiveContent Update.
