flash (macromedia): I'm new to Flash and have a question...

I'm using a company's flash file and want to embed it in my html page, but as
it is right now, it's too big. How do I change the dimensions of the flash
file so it fits but at the same time constrain the proportions like you would
when you resize an image in Photoshop?

I'm using DW8 and Flash 8.
