put all of the associated files (HTML, SWFs) into a single folder/directory.
make sure that the embeded swfs are 'relative' and not 'site root', and they
should pull from the local directory (folder).

Alteranatively, you could just mount them on your server and provide a link to
the site online.

right on, too big for the 'mail' eh? even zipped?

well, if you don't have your own site domain, you must have an ISP domain
where you can upload to. You must be using Dreamweaver if your able to create
a 'site' and are working with flash, so you can set up Dreamweaver to access
you ISP domain and establish a 'site' link there. Your ISP's site will have
information on how to access your directories and what your basic address will
be. It'll be something like: http://www.yourispserver.com/username/pub or
something like that, they will have more information.

Once you have Dreamweaver hooked up, you place files into the site directory
and upload them to the server. Once the files are in place, you should be able
to access them with your browser, something like:
http://www.yourispserver.com/username/pub/thesite.html

First step, check out what your ISP has to say about the subject, most ISPs
provide you with a certain amount of site space when you sign up.

PS. once established online, just type in the link in your email.
