Mac Flash slowdown -- flash (macromedia)

flash (macromedia) : Mac Flash slowdown

Recently all flash has been playing super slow on one of my Mac (G4 800mhz)
This seems out of the blue, no recent installations etc.. same old stuff, but
now flash plays at a crawl in all browsers. Any suggestions on how I can fix
this??

how much ram do you have & how much ram does your graphics card have ?

mostly all adobe products need more graphic card ram , then they do system ram
except for After Effects all the other video authoring programs
