ok so its made by adobe now, so under the start menu go to programs then to
adobe then to flash cs3. If it is not in the adobe folder in the start menu,
it could be a single icon that says flash cs3 on your start menu, and if it is
not there then check your desktop for an icon, and if neither the icon is on
your desktop or in your start menu then your going to have to check your
porogram files. go to c:/ then to program files then to the adobe folder where
flash cs3 should be. If it is not there you could have possibly installed it
under a different profile on your computer, and not accessable by the profile
you are using. And if none of these methods worked then it might not have
installed at all. so go to control panels and open the add/remove programs
icon. Check the list for adobe flash cs3. if its not there then just try
reinstalling it. and if it is there and you cannot get it to work then
unistall it and try reinstalling it. and when the prompt in the install pops
up that asks you if you want to add the shortcut to the desktop then check that
box. thats all I got for ya. But im thinking your running an older system
that might not support the flash program at all. but I have no idea what your
running.,
