impossible and even if you could - why? the required program files are tightly integrated with your
OS - trying to run from a USB drive would seriously handicap the program's performance considerable
(even if it could run from a memory stick). Think of it as a bottle neck - 50 lanes of cars all
merging into one single lane - would you want to really limit your production level like that?
These days it is hard to get hard drives less than 120GBs - unless your computer is over 8 years
old, you shouldn't need to find extreme and impractical ways to install programs like Flash.

no - can't run something that isn't installed - it's just the way life is :)

Here is a suggestion - make some friends in your IT department. You'd be
surprised how easily most of them will give you admin rights if you ask nicely.
Surely you could smooth talk someone into installing it for work purposes.
