Hi,
This is some thing that may be related to the program you are trying to copy
not Flash as you said these problem happened when you copy it to your computer
from a CD. The CD may be protected or does not allow you to copy files from it.
Does it work fine from the CD directly? is not there any instructions on it?
You can also contact your class instructor or some thing, he may know more
about the program.

I need some help opening a program I downloading from a cd. The cd came with a
book for one of my classes. When I click on the icon off of the desktop, a
window opens with My Flash Application on it and the message reads class not
registered. Then another window opens that says Program Compatibility
Assistant. In the message it says that This Program Requires a Missing
Component. The flash application. I have downloaded the newest version, but I'm
still getting all the same messages. I know very little about computers so I'm
hoping this is an easy fix. I have only had this computer a few months, but I
do know that it has Windows Vista on it. Any help will be appreciated!

No, It will not open at all. I tried it with the cd in and I still get the same
message. It will not let me open or run the cd at all. I followed the
directions but continue to receive errors. This class only meets once a week,
so I was trying to do my homework off of it before the next class. I have it
Monday night so, if I can't open it I'll ask the teacher. I really appreciate
the help!
