Install CS3? Kill Bill

flash (macromedia): If I install Flash CS3 Pro, and remove Flash 8 from my PC, will I have
to "convert" all my flash apps to actionscript 3.0?

Or can I still do actionscript 2.0 until I learn 3.0?

Thanks

and...in addition - you dont have ti uninstall flash 8. Flash 8 and CS3 can be installed and run
together fine.

You won't have to convert. Flash CS3 lets you create .fla files that are either
AS2 or AS3. In other words, when you go to create a new file, Flash asks you if
you want it to be an ActionScript 2 file or an ActionScript 3 file.

Also, I'm not sure what you mean by "convert" with the quotes, but there is no
utility or script or anything that can be used to convert AS2 to AS3.
