if you have already donw what I suggested then all you have to do is flip the instance horizontally
(Modify > Transform > Flip Horizontal) to make the character run in the opposite direction. If you
need it to be a 2nd character, drag a 2nd instance to a new blank keyframe or a new layer.

I made an animation of a stickman walking, and don't want to have to redraw
everything to have him walk the other way. How would I go about flipping a set
of frames horizontally, or even flipping one frame at a time. This would save
me some major time.

I've already done that.. My problem is that I want him to walk the other way.
Currently he's going from left to right, and I want another stick figure to go
from right to left. I want the frames flipped such that I don't have to redraw
the frames for another stick figure to go from right to left. It would be the
equivalent of the function in photoshop that flips an image horizontally or
vertically, only it would do that do one or more of my frames. Is this
possible, and if so, how do I do it?
