Only you can answer that question - what are your needs? Take a look at the Flash product page -
specifically the new features - if they sound like things you want to have and use, and your wallet
can afford an upgrade then go for it - but 50% of us can say no and the other 50% can tell you yes -
ultimately it becomes your decision based on your needs and how you use flash and what kind of
content you make or plan to make with it.
