[Save as type] Flash 8 Document (*.fla)

Can anyone please me! I saved my work as an fla in cs3 and i forgot that the
work compuer only has flash 8. So I can't open the FLA. This is insanity. Can
someone please help me conver this to flash 8 or psd and then give me a link.
