flash (macromedia): I have the following problem

i am running the setup of the adobe flash cs3. Then the initialazation screen
comes, but soon after it stops and all i get is a sound. The sound you hear is
the same as when you block a pop-up on a internet browser.
I don't have the problem on my lap-top with the same cd
Please someone help because i can't intal it.
