flash (macromedia): Hi

I have searched all over the web for this problem, but I have not found a
solution. I have a huge problem with macromedia flash embedded in ie7 using all
my processor power. Some pages that I have used often before have become
completely useless now because of this. When I run a page containing some flash
elements, my processor constantly runs at about 50% of my processor power, and
if I have two pages opened, my machine is useless. I have talked to others,
that have the same problems, and I am amased that this issue isn't addresed
anywhere on the web. Has anyone encountered the same problem?
