Flash CS3: Slide Transition with Mouse Wheel

I am using Flash CS3 to create slide presentations. I would like to be able to
transition from slide to slide by using the mouse wheel. Is this possible and
if so how do I make it happen?

I have just encoded video using flash 8, and this is something I have done in
the past successfully.
However, when I click on my flv file to view, the screen is totally blank.
This is the case also with all my previous flv files and the ones I created

I'm trying to embed the SWF Object so that Flash files work properly in
Internet Explorer. So I upload the swfobject.js file to my host correct? Do I

Projector and xml problem

1- start.exe // Gives the user language choice.
2- main.exe // main movie in the language choose by user.

Just got a new PC w/ with windows Vista and just installed Flash. The problem
is that whenever I double click on a group or movie clip, I get a doted
rectangle which starts out small were I clicked than slowly fills the whole
screen before I can actually edit what I selected.

I'm making a game that requires all the level detail to stay on beat with the
music, so I calculated the beats per minute and set the framerate to a
divisible number to see how many frames per beat there is. But the problem
