flash actionscript: what code do I use for instead of "get URL" in order to open a pdf file from a button. all will be located on a CD and not on a web site therefore getURL does not apply.

FS command is limited to EXE , BAT , COM and other executable format.
They don't resolve default application or plug ins to run independent files
associated with them.
It apply to all , doc, txt, gif, jpg, pdg, mov, etc... none can be open from FScommand.
Either using BAT or 3rd party tools like Jstart from http://www.FlashJester.com,
that's the only way.
