How do you make the scrollpane move faster?

Thank you for your reply, and please excuse the double post.

yes i did try this one already. I though that setsmallscroll was only for
scroll bar, because it did not effect my scrollpane.

here is what i have so far:
scroll.loadScrollContent("bios.swf");
scroll.setSmallScroll(8);

any ideas of what going on here?
