I was thinking it was actionscript, since we could actionscript a popup whitiout scroolbars and so on.

I will ask on the dreamweaver forums, because I dont know how to use layers on dreamweaver.

It is ordinary javascript full screen code .
Only IE browser support full screen w/o chrome, if you open the very same
page in Netscape you will see the browser window.

Just get any full screen code from the forum archive of javascript related resource
sites.
Plenty , it was around for many years , any search engine like yahoo can bring results and
samples as well....

Not only IE, I'm using Safari, the Mac Os internet browser and no browser windows is show.
I was searching the dreamweaver forums, and found that it is made with transparency layers, but they didnt work very fine. The browser apears to be "confused" with them, mixing the foreground with the background swf's.

No need layers , it is simple javascript , all you have to do is VIEW source and it is all there.
Mo magic no dhtml no transparent layers etc....
