flash actionscript : Upload Files?

Is it possible to used flash to browse, select a file and upload it ? If so HOW? I am using mx 2004 Professional.

ANY suggestions are more that welcome!!!!

Not really with flash , it has never support that , but there is way around with JavaScript.
though keep in kind it exclusively works in IE browser :
