flash actionscript : window size

I am creating a button in flash to open a new window with no toolbar,no scrollbar and not resizable...

In the code, change scrollbars to 0.

I am pretty new to ActionScript..
could you tell me more details..?
I am also trying to set size for that window.
I've been using java script for it but I want to do it in flash...
